About our Gemstones and Gold

All of the gems at Empressgems.net are totally natural unless otherwise stated in the description. As a rule none of our gems have been treated to enhance the colour and lower the value of the stones.

Our gemstones generally come from either Australia or Africa; mainly Kenya; although we deal with reputable suppliers all over the world and often locate gemstones from far and wide for our clients. Were we can we source directly from the small miners thus keeping the price down well below the market price. We do the cutting of each gem here on site, we only use the most trusted master jewelers for the setting and finishing of the gold rings. Rings are made form solid gold in either 9 ct , 14 ct or 18 ct.
